Submit an Insurance Claim

You have options.

Need to report an insurance claim? You can report it directly to the insurance company or through Bankers Insurance. But no matter which method you choose, a Bankers Insurance claims manager will be notified and track your claim on your behalf.

Option 1: Report to Insurance Company

If during non-business hours, we recommend reporting directly to your insurance company.  Their claim contact information can be found in your insurance policy, your auto ID card, or reference our Claim Contact List.

Option 2: Report to Bankers Insurance

If you prefer to report your claim directly to Bankers Insurance, please complete the form below or report it using our mobile app. We will review your information, initiate a claim, and contact you if further information is needed. If you have questions, call us at (800) 541-1419. If reporting a claim during non-business hours, we will process your claim on the next business day.
