You will have their email and a phone number that rings right on their desk. We do not operate a call center. Your account manager will take responsibility for enrollments, changes, and terminations. They will help with claims, billing, or benefits questions and provide forms, documents, and education materials. They will guide you through the renewal process each year, and train you in using the benefits administration portal.

Plan DocumentsAny business using an ERISA Health and Welfare plan is required to distribute Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD’s) to employees. A carrier plan will not meet this requirement. Benefit plan audits are increasing and a best practice to avoid liability is to implement a Wrap SPD to supplement insurance plan booklets. We guide our clients to a legal resource that can provide such documentation.
